The Early Days

Joe Norco began his career after graduating from Pittsburgh Technical College with a degree in Mechanical Drafting. His first role was as a Regional Sales Manager for Pacific Engineering, where he helped establish an East Coast branch. Eventually, Joe returned to Pennsylvania, working with Conair for over 20 years and later with Wittmann, building his skills and reputation across the plastics industry. These experiences set the foundation for Joe’s journey to starting his own business.

Building Norco Polymer Solutions

With years of experience and the support of Wittmann behind him, Joe took the plunge many dream of—he started his own business. Norco Polymer Solutions was born out of Joe’s desire to work for himself and provide clients with the best solutions for their business needs. With honesty and timeliness as the foundation of his work, Joe’s customer-first approach has set him apart. Whether it’s through face-to-face meetings, dinner chats, or even bonding over a round of golf, Joe builds lasting relationships, helping clients find the right solutions to thrive in their industries.

Life Beyond the Plastics

When Joe isn’t busy driving Norco Polymer Solutions to success, he’s enjoying the simpler things in life—family, the outdoors, and, of course, being on the water. Whether it's boating, fishing, or jet skiing, Joe is most at home by the beach with his wife, kids, and grandkids. His go-to philosophy for life and work? “If you ain’t early, you’re late.” With a sense of humor and a grounded perspective, Joe balances the demands of running a successful business with spending quality time with his loved ones.
